Requirements to Join Livingwaters Healthcare:
- Updated resume detailing relevant healthcare experience
- Active registration with the appropriate provincial regulatory body
(Required for RNs and LPNs/RPNs) - Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or equivalent qualification (required for PSWs, HCAs, and related roles)
- Developmental Services Worker (DSW) certification (where applicable)
- Valid and current CPR and First Aid Level “C” certification
- Recent CLEAR Vulnerable Sector Check Report (completed within the last 6 months)
- Valid N95 Mask Fit Test / Respiratory Fit Test
- Proof of medical clearance and/or immunizations, including:
- Flu shot
- COVID-19 vaccination
- TB Test Result or Chest X-ray (completed within the last 12 months)
- Valid government-issued photo identification
- Two (2) professional references
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
