Livingwaters Healthcare Inc. was founded out of a deep commitment to improve the lives of children and youth who need safe, supportive homes. Our founder, with a background in healthcare administration and extensive experience in staffing vulnerable populations, recognized the critical gap in foster care services—where children’s needs and foster families’ support must be equally prioritized.
Motivated by this vision, Livingwaters was created to provide more than just placements. We focus on delivering trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and personalized care to every child, while empowering foster families with comprehensive training, ongoing support, and meaningful connections.

Low Caseloads
We purposefully maintain low caseloads to provide timely, responsive, and meaningful support. This allows us to build real relationships with our foster families and children, giving every household the attention it deserves—without delay or red tape.
Continuity of Care
Our team is small, stable, and deeply invested in our mission. We work hard to retain passionate professionals who understand our families and youth personally. This reduces staff turnover and ensures your care team remains consistent and reliable throughout your fostering journey.
Trauma-Informed Approach
We understand the lasting effects of trauma. All Livingwaters foster care providers receive thorough training in trauma-informed caregiving. This includes pre-service preparation, ongoing workshops, access to trauma specialists, support circles, and a growing library of educational tools focused on trauma, attachment, and healing.
Dedicated Resource Support
Every foster family and youth is partnered with a Resource Supervisor—your main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance, advocacy, and paperwork. Think of them as your go-to person for questions, debriefs, and encouragement when it matters most.
24/7 On-Call Support
We are here for you—always. Our 24/7 support line connects you to someone familiar with your case and invested in your success. Whether it’s an after-hours question or an emergency, help is just a call away.
Therapeutic Resources
We provide access to a full-time Clinical and Program Lead who supports both children and caregivers through individual counseling, behavioral strategies, referrals, and direct mentorship. We also coordinate with community service providers when specialized care is needed.
Self-Care Allowance
Every family is different, and so are their needs. Our Self-Care Allowance is flexible and can be used for services that ease everyday stress—like respite care, babysitting, cleaning, or wellness activities. It’s our way of supporting your well-being while you support others.
Training
At Livingwaters, we believe learning never stops. We offer free training programs and resources to all foster parents and support staff to help you grow your skills and feel supported throughout your caregiving journey.
