What You’ll Do:
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by delivering safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and professional standards
- Monitoring and documenting changes in health status and reporting concerns to the supervising RN or physician
- Providing direct personal care, health education, and emotional support to residents
- Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care
- Assisting with assessments, care planning, and evaluations
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment
- Licensed Practical Nurses with strong clinical and communication skills
- Empathetic professionals with a passion for supporting older adults in a community living environment
- Team players who are adaptable, reliable, and capable of working independently
- Strong advocates for resident dignity, comfort, and safety

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Flexible availability (including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Commitment to infection prevention and resident-centered care practices is essential
- Updated resume detailing relevant experience.
- Active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Medical clearance and/or proof of immunizations (including TB screening and influenza, if required)
- Experience in long-term, supportive, or congregate living settings is considered a strong asset
