Livingwaters Healthcare Inc. is seeking qualified Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in London, Ontario, providing vital support to residents in a structured care environment focused on comfort, safety, and dignity.   What You’ll Do: As a PSW, you will play an essential role in supporting individuals with their daily personal care needs while fostering a respectful and supportive atmosphere. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting residents with safe feeding, transfers, and toileting
• Observing and reporting changes in physical or emotional health to the nursing team
• Promoting a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Offering companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to residents

  Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified PSWs with strong interpersonal and caregiving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals committed to client-centered care
• Professionals who can work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed
• Detail-oriented caregivers who understand the importance of respecting residents’ dignity and preferences

• Updated resume demonstrating relevant experience
• Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a recognized Ontario program
• Recent Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Recent TB Test results (within the last 12 months)
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Full immunization record
