Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking Health Care Aides, Home Support Workers, and Special Needs Workers (Adult Support Worker / Direct Service Worker) who are:
- Committed to promoting the health, independence, and dignity of the people they support
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful professionals
- Able to adapt to changing care environments and client needs
- Skilled at working independently while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable supporting individuals with complex care needs, physical disabilities, mental health challenges, or chronic illnesses
- Long-Term Care
- Home Care
- Congregate Care
- Mental Health Units
- Assisting clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Supporting mobility, feeding, dressing, and toileting needs
- Observing and reporting changes in health status
- Promoting a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment
- Building trusting relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Supporting emotional well-being and mental health through companionship and structured routines
- Preference will be given to local applicants who currently reside in Manitoba
- All candidates must submit a complete application to be considered
- Experience in long-term care, community-based support, or mental health settings is considered a strong asset

- A detailed resume outlining your qualifications and employment history
- Proof of applicable training or certification (e.g., HCA certificate, developmental service worker diploma, etc.)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
- Clear Criminal Record Check (within the last 6 months)
- Basic computer skills (documentation and electronic charting experience preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans and protocols
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
