Position Overview:
As an LPN with Livingwaters Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals’ health and well-being by delivering safe, effective nursing care tailored to their unique needs. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Administering medications and treatments according to established care plans and professional standards
- Monitoring and assessing health status and promptly reporting any changes
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Providing direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures within your scope
- Supporting the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of those in your care
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
- Promoting a safe and supportive environment aligned with infection prevention and control protocols
- Licensed Practical Nurses with current registration in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
- Professionals with strong clinical skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities

- Updated resume detailing relevant nursing experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
- Medical clearance and immunization records including TB screening and influenza vaccination
- Experience in supportive living or community care is an asset
