Livingwaters Healthcare Inc. is seeking Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team in Collingwood and Penetanguishene, providing care in a supportive, community-style living environment that emphasizes comfort, dignity, and well-being.
What You’ll Do:
As an RPN, you’ll play a key role in providing nursing care to clients living in a residential care setting. You will support individuals with their health needs while fostering independence and contributing to a respectful, home-like atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as directed by care plans and professional standards
- Observing and documenting changes in client health and reporting concerns as needed
- Providing direct personal care and emotional support
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance the overall client experience
- Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming living space
Who We’re Looking For:
- Registered Practical Nurses with active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Compassionate, respectful professionals with excellent clinical and communication skills
- Team players who can work independently and respond well to changing needs
- Advocates for client safety, comfort, and dignity in a residential-style care setting

- Position type: Casual / On-call (as-needed basis)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Requirements:
- Updated resume detailing relevant experience
- Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Recent TB test (within the last 6 months)
- Proof of COVID-19 immunization
- Influenza vaccination status
- Recent Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or Criminal Record Check (CRC) (within the last 6 months)
