Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and professional standards
  • Monitoring and documenting changes in health status and reporting concerns to the supervising RN or physician
  • Providing direct personal care, health education, and emotional support to residents
  • Collaborating with other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care
  • Assisting with assessments, care planning, and evaluations
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment

We are currently seeking Health Care Aides (HCAs) to join our growing team in Lacombe, Alberta.   What You’ll Do: As a Health Care Aide, you will support clients with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming (bathing, dressing, oral care)
  • Supporting safe mobility and transfers
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' physical or emotional condition
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding

  • Maintaining infection control and safety standards
