You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Administering medications and treatments according to established care plans and professional standards
  • Monitoring and assessing health status and promptly reporting any changes
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
  • Providing direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures within your scope
  • Supporting the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of those in your care
  • Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Promoting a safe and supportive environment aligned with infection prevention and control protocols
  Who We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed Practical Nurses with current registration in good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
  • Professionals with strong clinical skills, empathy, and excellent communication abilities
